THE INSPIRATION:
The meaning behind the name and brand ‘MYJYM‘ mirrors the reflection of oneself. Our owner & founder Joya S. Smith found herself combating mental health with physical health during the recent pandemic. She adapted, improvised and overcame those challenges through journaling and exercise. She believes that her purpose is driven by the educating and providing an opportunity for everyone to be the best version of themselves, ultimately increasing health equity worldwide.
